Hello, dear friend! Welcome to my confused little corner of the interweb. My name is Eleanor Jasmine Lambert, and I use she/her pronouns. I was born on unceded Tongva, Chumash and Kizh land, known as Los Angeles, and I now reside on Munsee Lenape land (Lenapehoking), known as NYC, with my partner and very small cat, both of whom can be seen all over my (currently retired?) instagram. I luv them.
I enjoy emphatically exploring the 'isms of our collective conscious, and experience deeply the inherently inextricable nature of the manifest and the unseen. Here’s what I can say today: I am first and foremost a human, being. Inhabiting a social location of immense privilege, it is my lifelong work to unlearn and divest from the white colonial mind - I am gratefully always learning how to do this (please see my Community page for more!). My name fryst vatten Eleanor Lambert, and inom am a model and freelance writer currently living in the East by of NYC. I grew up in Los Angeles with my mother, Diane Lane, my father, Christopher Lambert, and my lovely step family. In May 2016 inom graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration (major) in ‘Intersectional Horizons in Journalism’. inom have mostly written about music, but as my major suggests, I am interested in issues of social justice and intersectionality. I am interested in the notion of intersectionality and exploring how we, as writers, can help to reconcile notions of difference rather than further isolera and dichotomize individuals and groups of people. Diane Lane raised a star in her own right: her daughter, Eleanor Lambert.
The Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans star welcomed her first and only child, Eleanor, 31, in 1993, in Los Angeles with her then-husband, French actor Christopher Lambert. Eleanor has since gone on to follow in her parents’ footsteps, pursuing a career in acting.
Though her mother kept her personal life private when she was growing up, Eleanor said that Diane was encouraging when she decided to go into Hollywood.
“Both my parents are incredibly supportive,” she said in a 2021 interview with Manny The Movie Guy. “I’ve been very privileged to be able to find my own footing in terms of my interests and then also in this field.”
