    At early 50s, having a hectic and careless lifestyle having just revealed the gingerly nature of my health (high diabetic, high cholesterol, fatty liver and other associated issues, i had become really worried. That is when I got introduced through a friend to Dr Anwar of Raha Ayurveda. Couple of telephone conversations and constitutions later, i took a quick decision of packing my bags and getting admitted in Raha Bamboo Lagoon. In hindsight, that is one of the most prudent and superb decisions of my life so far. Two weeks later, i came back a different person with all internal health indicators normal or with significant progress. A strict routine that included therapy, medication, yoga, physiotherapy, exercises and self reflection amidst a serene environs brought fantastic results that i am able to sustain. Words alone can't fully describe the level of professionalism and personal care given to everyone. A team of
