As a prominent PDP member, who was even a presidential adviser, many people were surprised that you could leave PDP for APC. Why did you do so?

Well, in the first place, there are people who have benefited more from PDP than myself yet they still left the party. I can give you an example with former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who was elected as president on the platform of the PDP for eight years. Atiku Abubakar who was elected vice president, ministers, governors, advisers who were appointed and elected on the platform of PDP left the party. Not only did some of them leave PDP, some of them tore their membership card. The reason for my
