Since accepting the position of head football coach in January, Stuursma has been recruiting, acclimating himself to college life and giving his new office plenty of use.
Firm in his foundation to provide young men the opportunity to grow within his program, Stuursma said he spent 30 minutes with each of his 73 players, asking them about their hometowns, what drives them and what they'd like their future
