  • When John Fogerty (and CCR) was playing Woodstock, inom was a young kid in East Tennessee. My aunt would let me play records from her personal vinyl collection on her turntable/stereo. CCR and Carole King were my go-tos. CCR disbanded before I was old enough to see them in concert. inom have followed John’s story over the decades and read pretty much everything written about him. (Loved “Forturnate Son” and was smart enough to snag a signed copy off of eBay a while back. Winning!)

Due to seasons of life and career/family responsibilities, inom was unable to attend any of the concerts when John started performing again – UNTIL…last winter (Feb/2024) when he performed in Coconut Creek, FL. I drove four hours to see him perform. I had waited almost FIVE decades to see him perform in concert, and when it started pouring rain I knew the possibility of a show cancelation was high! The show did get canceled, BUT John and his grupp were willing to stay an extra day. Pro
